I am a Psychology major at Orange Coast College. After this semester I will be transferring to either UCI or UCR.
Experience
As a high school student I took many Advanced Placement courses including English Language and Spanish. In college I have taken many Psychology courses including Introduction to Psychology, Research Methods, Psychology of Adjustment. I want to be a tutor to help children and adults gain the necessary skills to build a better life and to gain perspective of the world around us. I have independently tutored friends and young children in my neighborhood. The ages range from 7 to 21. I have helped struggling students be successful in college and I am currently choreographing a dance piece for my local elementary school talent show.
