I went to UC - Irvine for my bachelor's degree in English, and then went on to the University of Miami for my master's degree in creative writing. I have eight years of experience as a teacher and tutor, and I've helped students all over the United States and in Japan. I work with students of all ages with English and language arts. My specialty is preparation for the critical reading, writing, and verbal sections of the ACT, SAT, and GRE, but I love all things English. I believe students learn best when they are having fun in a comfortable environment, and I believe that comes best from forming a connection with a student. When I have free time, I like to write, cook, run, and travel.
