Experience
Through the Orange County Library Literacy Program, READ I was a tutor for adult learners in reading and writing. I Conducted new learner/trainer seminars and facilitated ESL classes. And, I was trained in advanced literacy programs as an assessor through the AmeriCorps. I worked as a Youth Director for a local tribe and I tutored elementary age children in various subjects. I am currently tutoring a 4th grader in creative writing and a 6th grader in essay writing and language arts. I want to be a tutor because I enjoy reading and writing in its various forms. I have a passion for sharing this knowledge with others, whether through children or adults.

Hobbies
My hobbies include reading, writing, and learning of any kind. I like to do attend movies, watch sports and spend times with friends and family. If I am not working I am usually spending time with my niece, taking a drive to the beach or cuddling up with a good book.
